Samsung S26 Ultra Giveaway Contest

1. Contest Overview
• Carbnmall.com (the Company or we) is hosting a contest to giveaway a Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra (12GB + 256GB) of the participant's choice of color, subject to availability.
• Additionally, some random participants will receive random gifts from carbnmall.com for their participation.
• This Contest is governed by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Grand Prize Eligibility Condition
The Samsung S26 Ultra will ONLY be given away if the following condition is met:
• Between March 9, 2026 and March 28, 2026 (inclusive), carbnmall.com must successfully sell a minimum of 500 units of the Jaipan Sonet as fulfilled orders WITHOUT any return window being activated.
• If this condition is NOT met by March 28, 2026, the Samsung S26 Ultra grand prize will NOT be awarded to any participant.
• The Company reserves the right to determine whether the condition has been met based on its internal sales records.
3. Contest Participation Period
Participants may enter the contest from the time of this announcement until the start of the IND vs NZ Final T20 World Cup 2026 match (scheduled for Sunday, March 8, 2026 at 7:00 PM IST).
• Contest closing time: 7:30 PM IST on March 8, 2026 (or the exact time when the first ball is bowled, whichever comes first).
• If the match is delayed, the contest will close at 7:30 PM IST on March 8, 2026.
• If the match is cancelled, the contest will be cancelled entirely.
• No entries will be accepted after the contest closing time.
4. How to Participate
To participate in this contest, entrants must:
4.1 Contest Entry Requirements
• Predict which batter will score the highest number of runs in the IND vs NZ Final T20 World Cup 2026 match.
• Provide the exact score (number of runs) that player will score.
• Be a follower of carbnmall official social media accounts (see Section 4.2 for account details).
• Submit your entry via the appropriate social media platform (see Section 4.2 for specific instructions).
• Entries must be submitted before the contest closing time (7:30 PM IST on March 8, 2026, or when the first ball is bowled).
• A participant submitting an entry with an exact score match will be considered the winner if applicable.
4.2 Platform-Specific Submission Instructions
Instagram (Recommended Platform)
• Submit your entry in the comment section of the official contest announcement post on Instagram.
• You MUST be following carbnmall official Instagram account: @carbn_mall
• Format: Comment your player name and exact run prediction on the announcement post.
• Non-followers of @carbn_mall will be disqualified, even if their prediction is correct.
Twitter/X (Alternative Platform)
• Submit your entry by tagging @carbn_mall in a reply to the contest announcement.
• You MUST be following carbnmall.com official Twitter/X account: @carbn_mall
• Include the hashtag #carbnmall in your tweet/post.
• Format: @carbn_mall [Player Name] will score [exact number] runs. #carbnmall
• Non-followers of @carbn_mall will be disqualified, even if their prediction is correct.
5. Winner Selection and Scoring
5.1 Exact Score Match (Tier 1)
• If any participant predicts the exact player and exact run score, that participant will be declared the winner of the Samsung S26 Ultra (subject to Section 2 conditions).
• If multiple participants predict the exact score, the winner will be selected based on the earliest submission time.
• This determination will be made by the Company at its sole discretion.
5.2 Approximate Score Match (Tier 2)
• If no participant predicts the exact score, participants whose prediction is within ±3 runs of the actual score will be considered winners.
• Example: If the highest scorer scores 45 runs, predictions of 42-48 runs will qualify.
• If multiple participants are within the ±3 range, the winner will be selected based on the earliest submission time.
• This determination will be made by the Company at its sole discretion.
5.3 No Winner Scenario
• If no participant predicts the correct player or comes within ±3 runs of the actual score, the Samsung S26 Ultra grand prize will NOT be awarded.
• Random gift prizes from carbnmall will still be distributed to random participants as stated in Section 1.
6. Participant Eligibility and Disqualification
• Participants must be following carbnmall's official social media account on their platform of entry (Instagram @carbn_mall or Twitter/X @carbn_mall) at the time of entry and through winner announcement.
• Participants who are not followers of the respective official account will be DISQUALIFIED, regardless of their prediction accuracy.
• The Company reserves the right to verify follower status at any time.
• Entries submitted after the contest closing time will be disqualified.
• The Company reserves the right to disqualify any participant if their entry is found to be fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• Employees and immediate family members of carbnmall.com and their affiliates are not eligible to participate.
7. Prize Details
7.1 Grand Prize (Conditional)
• Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra (12GB RAM + 256GB Storage)
• Color of the winner's choice (subject to availability)
• Prize value: As per current market rate
• Condition: ONLY awarded if carbnmall sells 500+ units of Jaipan Sonet between March 9-28, 2026
7.2 Random Participation Gifts
• Random participants will receive random gifts from carbnmall.com.
• Gift selection is entirely at the Company's discretion.
• Random gift winners will be announced after the contest concludes.
8. Prize Delivery and Terms
• The winner will be notified via direct message on their social media account (Instagram or Twitter/X) within 7 days of the match conclusion.
• The winner must claim their prize by responding to the direct message within 7 days of notification, or the prize will be forfeited.
• Prize delivery will be made to the winner's address as provided at the time of claiming the prize.
• All prizes are provided 'as-is' and the winner assumes all responsibility for the prize upon delivery.
• The Company is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged prizes after delivery.
• No prize substitutions or cash equivalents will be offered unless expressly permitted by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
• The Company is not liable for any technical errors, server issues, or delays in notification.
• The Company is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdirected submissions.
• The Company is not liable if the cricket match is cancelled, suspended, or rescheduled due to circumstances beyond its control.
• The Company reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify this contest at any time without notice.
• The Company is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in or possession of the prize.
10. Rights and Permissions
• By participating, participants grant carbnmall.com the right to use their username/profile, entry, and comments for promotional purposes.
• The Company may feature winning entries or participant comments in marketing materials or on social media.
• Participants retain ownership of their original comments but agree to grant a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to carbnmall.com for promotional use.
11. Privacy and Data Protection
• Personal information provided for prize delivery will be handled in accordance with carbnmall.com's Privacy Policy.
• The Company will not sell or share participant data with third parties without explicit consent, except as necessary for prize delivery.
• Participants consent to receiving communications from carbnmall.com related to the contest.
12. General Terms and Conditions
• The Company reserves the right to interpret these Terms and Conditions and make final decisions regarding all contest matters.
• Any attempt to manipulate, cheat, or circumvent contest rules will result in immediate disqualification.
• These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between participants and carbnmall.com regarding this contest.
• If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
• The Company may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting the updated version on its website or social media.
• Participation in this contest constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
