1. Eligibility for Returns

• Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

• Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

• Items like personal care, hygiene products, or customized orders may not be eligible.

 

2. Refund Process

• Refunds are initiated after inspection of returned items.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

 

3. Damaged/Incorrect Products

• Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.

• Replacement or refund will be arranged at no extra cost.

 

4. Non-Returnable Items

• Clearance items, perishable goods, or opened packaging are not eligible.
